Terms & Conditions – Os Tibetanos

1. Service

The app allows users to make reservations, use the loyalty program, buy vouchers, browse the Store and access information.

2. Reservations

• Reservations are subject to confirmation and room availability.
• Delays over 15 minutes may result in cancellation.
• Maximum capacity per shift: 40 guests.
• The restaurant may pause reservations on specific days/times.

3. Loyalty

• After 10 weekday lunches (Menu of the Day) – 1 free Menu of the Day.
• On-site redemption only. Drinks not included.

4. Vouchers

• One-time use upon presenting QR/code.
• Standard validity: 6 months. Non-refundable.
• Specific conditions may apply to each voucher.

5. Store

• Products subject to availability; prices may change.
• Pickup in the restaurant.

6. Conduct

Any unlawful use is prohibited, including fraud, identity forgery and attempts to reuse vouchers.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for technical failures, temporary unavailability or data loss due to external factors.

8. Amendments

These Terms may be updated without prior notice. The current version will be published here.
